Any trees that aren't marked will remain untouched, ensuring a transparent and straightforward approach to your timber.

Planning and Agreement

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll work with you to create a harvest plan that aligns with your property's needs and long-term land management goals. After developing the plan, we'll present you with an offer based on the value of your timber and the specifics of the harvest. Once you're satisfied, we'll finalize the details in a clear contract to ensure everything is agreed upon before moving forward.

Harvest

We'll coordinate with you to determine the optimal start date for your harvest and provide clear timelines upfront. As the scheduled date approaches, we'll keep you informed and ensure everything is in place for a smooth operation. Once harvesting begins, our experienced team will handle the process efficiently, ensuring timely completion and prompt payment as outlined in your agreement.

Post-Harvest Cleanup

After harvesting, we follow industry-leading standards to restore your land, ensuring it is left in good condition for future use. This includes thoroughly cleaning and smoothing out the landing area—the central site where logs are gathered, sorted, and loaded for transport—by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and applying grassy straw to promote regrowth and prevent erosion.

In the woodlot, we lop the remaining tree tops down to 4-5 feet in size, allowing them to decompose naturally while maintaining a tidy and balanced forest environment. This process helps reduce excess debris and supports healthy forest regeneration.
